Eligibility Criteria

  • Students pursuing a PhD, MS, MPhil, or an equivalent 18-year program at an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Male and female students enrolled in four-year or five-year bachelor’s degree programs at HEC-approved institutions (morning or evening).
  • Students enrolled in an MBA program.

The following male and female students cannot get laptops under this scheme:

  • Students living outside of Pakistan.
  • Students without a Pakistani ID card.
  • Students who don’t provide the needed educational documents for verification.
  • Students who already got laptops in previous phases of the laptop scheme.
  • Students studying at government degree or postgraduate colleges, or affiliated colleges.
  • Students who didn’t submit an online application for a laptop.
  • Students who have finished their degree program by the time laptops are distributed.
