PM of Pakistan Announces Laptop Scheme Eligibility Criteria for All Graduated Students

Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, has officially launched the PM Laptop Scheme for the first quarter, providing free laptops to talented students studying in universities and colleges across the country. The registration portal will opened by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) soon, allowing students to complete their registration.

  • Being enrolled in universities or degree-granting institutions.
  • Attending officially recognized sub-campuses.
  • Students in private-sector higher education institutions.
  • Students studying for government degrees and postgraduate college-affiliated colleges.
  • Students who have already received laptops from the Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme.
  • Students from Azad Jammu and Kashmir, foreign nationals, or dual citizens.
  • Students who opt for other registration methods.
  • Students without strong academic proof.
  • Students who cannot benefit from laptops before distribution.

PM Laptop Scheme Registration Form Latest Update

The registration process for the Prime Minister Laptop Scheme 2024’s first quarter will commence soon. Interested students can complete their registration through the HEC-established portal ( There will be no offline application submission procedure, and laptops will distributed to those who complete the online registration.
