- Age limit: 20 to 60 years (or retirement age, if less)
- Minimum two years of consistent employment
Non-Salaried Individuals:
- Holder of a valid NICOP account and non-resident RDA account
- Age range: 20 to 65 years
- Minimum two years of continuous business operations
